I’ve used Steve’s service to inspect my house for Mold/Moisture and have an Asbestos test to a popcorn ceiling in a house I’m in Escrow with.

Although Steve was not required to have a regular home inspection, since I’ve already had 2 different reports from 2 different inspectors, Steve still made his regular inspections and notify me for any issue that he found.

Steve could spot a crack in the crawling space where the other 2 inspectors failed to. He is very thorough, gives you heads up about what is good and what is not. He would explain everything for you, provide you with the necessary information that would help you make a decision. He has lots of knowledge that he is sharing with his customer.

You might find cheaper inspectors compared to Steve, but I think he worth the money. I would highly recommend him.

I was sick for more than six years from mold exposure due to the myriad of inaccurate reports continually being signed off on as “no moisture” (when, in fact, there was moisture that Steve detected in less than five minutes). Because of his extensive efforts, I am actually breathing without wheezing (for the first time in more than SIX YEARS) because of Steve taking the time to really inspect the entire issue.

Quite frankly I cannot say enough good things about Steve – I manage an apartment complex where leaks and mold issues are a constant worry and have had MANY inspectors here over the years. I’ve used Steve’s service to inspect my house for Mold/Moisture and have an Asbestos test to a popcorn ceiling in a house I’m in Escrow with.

Although Steve was not required to have a regular home inspection, since I’ve already had 2 different reports from 2 different inspectors, Steve still made his regular inspections and notify me for any issue that he found.

Steve could spot a crack in the crawling space where the other 2 inspectors failed to. He is very thorough, gives you heads up about what is good and what is not. He would explain everything for you, provide you with the necessary information that would help you make a decision. He has lots of knowledge that he is sharing with his customer.

You might find cheaper inspectors compared to Steve, but I think he worth the money. I would highly recommend him.

Steve was impeccably professional. He pointed out some fairly huge blunders of the remediation team I hired and gave the most accurate report I have ever received in my 8 plus years managing this property. I was sick for more than six years from mold exposure due to the myriad of inaccurate reports continually being signed off on as “no moisture” (when, in fact, there was moisture that Steve detected in less than five minutes). Because of his extensive efforts, I am actually breathing without wheezing (for the first time in more than SIX YEARS) because of Steve taking the time to really inspect the entire issue.

Quite frankly I cannot say enough good things about Steve – I manage an apartment complex where leaks and mold issues are a constant worry and have had MANY inspectors here over the years. But Steve is, hands down, the best and the most knowledgeable thus far. He even sent an e-mail asking if I was feeling better. How many times does THAT happen!
